XZH TEST Portable Sfra Transformer Winding Deformation Tester for Advanced Technology
The XHBX1501 transformer winding deformation tester (frequency
response method) is used to test power transformers of 6KV and
above and other special purpose transformers.
XHBX1501 transformer winding deformation tester uses the frequency
response analysis method to measure the winding deformation of the
transformer according to the national power industry standard
DL/T911-2004. It is to detect the amplitude-frequency response
characteristics of each winding of the transformer and compare the
detection results vertically or horizontally. The degree of change
in the amplitude-frequency response characteristic determines the
deformation that may occur in the transformer winding.
It consists of a measurement part and an analysis software part.
The measurement part is a black box composed of signal generation
and signal measurement. The analysis part is completed by a
notebook computer, and the measurement part is connected to the
notebook computer via USB or network.

indexing and logarithmic indexing, so you can print out the curve

Features of use
1. The transformer winding deformation tester consists of a
measurement part and an analysis software part. The measurement
part is controlled by a high-speed microcontroller and consists of
signal generation and signal measurement. The measurement part is
connected to a tablet computer through a wireless WIFI interface,
which requires no wiring and is easy to use. Wireless Bluetooth and
USB interfaces can also be used to connect to a tablet or laptop
computer.
2. During the test process, only the connecting busbar of the
transformer needs to be removed, and all tests can be completed
without hanging the cover or disassembling the transformer.
3. The instrument has a variety of frequency linear sweep
measurement system measurement functions. The linear sweep
measurement scanning frequency is up to 10MHz. The frequency sweep
interval can be divided into 0.25kHz, 0.5kHz and 1kHz, providing
more analysis of the transformer deformation.
4. The instrument is highly intelligent, easy to use, and has
multiple functions such as automatic range adjustment and automatic
sampling frequency adjustment.

6. Provides comparative analysis of historical curves, can load
multiple historical curves for observation at the same time, and
can specifically select any curve for horizontal and vertical
analysis. Equipped with an expert intelligent analysis and
diagnosis system, it can automatically diagnose the status of the
transformer winding, load 6 curves at the same time, automatically
calculate the relevant parameters of each curve, automatically
diagnose the deformation of the winding, and provide reference
conclusions for diagnosis.
7. The software management function is powerful, fully considering
the needs of on-site use, and automatically saving environmental
condition parameters to provide a basis for diagnosing transformer
winding deformation. The measurement data is automatically saved
and has a color printing function to facilitate users to produce
test reports.
8. The software has obvious humanization features. Most of the
measured conditions are options. The detailed parameters of the
transformer can be saved for diagnostic reference, and there is no
need to input them on site. Information can be added and modified
later, making it more convenient to use.
9. The software is highly intelligent. After the input and output
signals are connected and the condition parameters are set, all
measurement work can be completed, and historical waveform curves
can be opened during measurement at any time for comparison and
observation and to stop measurement.
10. The measurement time of each phase is less than 60 seconds, and
the total time required for winding deformation measurement of a
power transformer with high, medium or low windings (no limit on
capacity and voltage level) is no more than 10 minutes.
11.When measuring the transformer, the wiring personnel can place
the signal input and output leads arbitrarily without affecting the
measurement results. The wiring personnel can stay on the
transformer tank without coming down, which reduces labor
intensity.
